WEEKLY REFLECTION 

27/1/2026 to 30/1/2026

Monday to Friday 

 The final week of my school internship was a memorable and fulfilling experience. During this week, I revised the lessons taught earlier and helped students clear their doubts. I also assisted the class teacher in classroom activities and routine school work, which gave me a better understanding of school functioning.

I conducted classes with more confidence compared to the initial weeks of the internship. Classroom management, time management, and communication skills improved significantly. Students responded positively and participated actively in discussions and activities. Their cooperation and respect made teaching a joyful experience.

This week also gave me time to reflect on my overall growth during the internship. I realized the importance of patience, proper planning, and student-centred teaching. The guidance and support from mentor teachers helped me improve my teaching skills.

Overall, the last week of internship was successful and satisfying. I feel happy and proud to have completed my school internship. This experience has strengthened my commitment to the teaching profession and will remain a valuable part of my academic journey.

I completed my regular class duties, took substitution periods, and taught the planned lessons. The students participated actively and responded well to the activities given. We also celebrated  Independence Day  in our school this week. The day began with the flag-hoisting ceremony, followed by patriotic songs and a short cultural programme. Students showed great enthusiasm and took part in various activities that highlighted the value of freedom and national unity. INTERNSHIP PHASE1 WEEK 6   WEEKLY REFLECTION 18/8/2025 to 22/8/2025 Monday to Friday  This week of my internship was vibrant and meaningful, offering a blend of regular classroom activities and special school events. Each day provided valuable opportunities to observe, teach, interact with students, and become more familiar with the school environment. I continued with my routine classroom responsibilities. I observed classes handled by different teachers and learned new strategies related to questioning techniques, classroom management, and student engagement. These observations helped me understand how to maintain discipline while still keeping students motivated and involved in learning activities. I also handled substitution periods throughout the week.
