INTERNSHIP PHASE 1 WEEK 5 Weekly Reflection 11/8/2025 to 16/8/2025 Monday to Saturday This week was productive and engaging. I completed my regular class duties, took substitution periods, and taught the planned lessons. The students participated actively and responded well to the activities given. We also celebrated Independence Day in our school this week. The day began with the flag-hoisting ceremony, followed by patriotic songs and a short cultural programme. Students showed great enthusiasm and took part in various activities that highlighted the value of freedom and national unity. The celebration created a sense of pride and togetherness among everyone present. Overall, the week helped me gain more confidence in classroom management and teaching, while also giving me the joy of witnessing the students’ active participation in an important national event.
INTERNSHIP PHASE1 WEEK 6 WEEKLY REFLECTION 18/8/2025 to 22/8/2025 Monday to Friday This week of my internship was vibrant and meaningful, offering a blend of regular classroom activities and special school events. Each day provided valuable opportunities to observe, teach, interact with students, and become more familiar with the school environment. I continued with my routine classroom responsibilities. I observed classes handled by different teachers and learned new strategies related to questioning techniques, classroom management, and student engagement. These observations helped me understand how to maintain discipline while still keeping students motivated and involved in learning activities. I also handled substitution periods throughout the week.
