  Internship Phase 1 Week 7 August 29, 2025 WEEKLY REFLECTION 25/8/2025 to 29/8/2025 Monday to Friday  This week of my internship was a blend of academic responsibilities, classroom observations, and cultural celebrations. It was a valuable period where I gained more confidence in handling students, understanding their learning needs, and participating in school activities. A major part of the week was focused on the 2nd  Term Examination . I assisted teachers in distributing question papers, maintaining discipline during the exam, and helping with invigilation duties. Through this, I learned how exam procedures are organised in schools and how teachers ensure a fair and calm atmosphere for students. Each day provided me with opportunities to observe classes, teach lessons, interact with students, and understand the daily functioning of the school environment more deeply. At the beginning of the week, I focused on observing how different teachers handled their classrooms, managed time, and used various teaching strategies. Each day provided new learning opportunities, and I was able to observe, assist, and participate in various activities within the school environment. At the beginning of the week, I took part in the morning assembly duties where I helped maintain discipline and guided students to line up properly.
